Two Canadian networks – Bell Media’s Space and Astral Media’s Ztele – have acquired the series alongside distributors ZDF Enterprises and Venevision International.

Germany’s ZDF Enterprises has picked up sales rights to Europe and parts of Asia, the Middle East and Asia, while Venevision International will sell it across Latin America.

More than 25 million viewers in 25 countries have watched Cybergeddon, a digital drama about the growing threat of cybercrime starring Olivier Martinez and Missy Peregrym, since its online launch on Yahoo! last year.

The series, coproduced by Dolphin and Zuiker’s Dare to Pass label, follows the story of an agent who investigates seemingly unrelated cyberattacks and must stop a cybercrime ring in a world where everyone is connected and everyone is at risk.
