Brazilian telenovela Sparkling Girls (aka Cheias de Charme, 120×45′) is travelling across Latin America after being picked up by four new networks.
The Globo TV show, about three housekeepers who become a trio of successful singers, has been picked up by Teledoce in Uruguay, Canal 13 in Chile, Ecuavisa in Ecuador and Canal 4 in El Salvador.
Teledoce has previously bought Globo TV shows including Destiny River, Brazil Avenue and The Life We Lead, while Canal 13 has also acquired The Life We Lead.
Ecuavisa is currently screening Brazil Avenue and Canal 4’s slate includes Destiny River and The Enchanted Tale.
Sparkling Girls has previously been sold by to NEXtv in Panama, STV in Mozambique and SIC in Portugal.
