It is produced by RTI Producciones for UniMás and Mexican network Televisa, and based on the scandal surrounding Madame Rochy, who wrote a tell-all memoir describing her relationship with Colombia’s most powerful and dangerous criminals and naming several famous Colombian women who allegedly worked for her high-end escort service.

The cast also includes Roberto Mateos, Norma Nivia, Jessica San Juan, and Luis Fernando Salas.
