Eccho Rights has picked up distribution rights to its first Scandinavian drama, Syke (aka Nurses).
The series, produced by Helsinki-based Yellow Film & TV, is due to air on Finnish broadcaster YLE later this year.
It follows the professional and personal lives of four female colleagues who each cope with the challenges of working on a trauma ward in different ways.
The head writer is Petja Peltomaa.
The first two seasons of Nurses will air back-to-back from next month, with Yellow already developing scripts for a third season.
