Emerald City, the modern retelling of The Wizard of Oz, is back at NBC.
The drama was originally given a straight-to-series ten-part commission in January 2014.
However, the show was shelved eight months later.
Now NBC is once again walking down the Yellow Brick Road, handing Universal Television a new ten-episode order. No air date has been revealed.
The story sees 20-year-old Dorothy and her police dog transported to a mystical land of competing kingdoms, warriors and magic.
David Schulner is behind the project, which was originally led by Matthew Arnold and Josh Friedman.
